Web-App (iFrame) for a seamless B2B-focused debt collection

As part of a digitization drive, the financial services company wanted to create the B2B collections process through an API application to share with partners. For this, they were looking for a highly skilled development team that could create the PoC as well as a first release for an MVP.

Requirement

Together with one of the largest debt collection companies in the CEE region, we designed, developed and documented the web app (iFrame) for seamless B2B-focused debt collection. 
Selected and built an experienced development team that was available on short notice and familiar with an agile way of working. 
During development, product management and our nearshore team worked closely with internal development teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.

The accounts receivable collection application can be integrated with almost any accounting web application. The final product acts as an intermediary between two services and can quickly handle complex collection processes. 
After creating extensive documentation, passing an external pen test and an internal quality assurance test, the app was successfully handed over to the customer for further development.

HR software for modern medium-sized businesses

HRLab is a Ruby on Rails based application that was highly non-scalable and expensive to maintain. The task was to migrate a Ruby on Rails application to a single page React application.

With an experienced team from Romania, we analyzed the current software, its user interface and available backend endpoints based on the code used. 
We implemented a new React application for the existing project based on the previous user interface.

By separating the backend and frontend parts of the application, we enabled the scaling of the different software parts and changed the user interface, which improved the code quality and accelerated the development and extension of the application. 
In addition, the availability of experienced specialists accelerated the project. ServiceFactum managed the simple, efficient and also close cooperation.

As one of the leading mobile advertising companies, our client invests heavily in research, development, optimization and maintenance of their advertising and monetization platform. At the end of 2017, the shortage of developers became noticeable and additional Java development resources were needed.

For a customer project, additional developers were needed who were not available on the German labor market. In addition, based on previous experience with near- and offshoring, it was important for unimedia to minimize the risks associated with directly contracting a foreign provider.
