Expansion of an existing project team for a long-term large-scale project in the automotive sector (fleet management and connected car).
Solution
As part of the company’s site expansion, ServiceFactum selected a suitable international nearshore development site to establish a competent team of developers there. As a general contractor, ServiceFactum initially contracted a web team in Ukraine. After the team was stabilized, it was expanded to mobile technologies in the same project environment.
