Requirement
As part of a digitization drive, the financial services company wanted to create the B2B collections process through an API application to share with partners. For this, they were looking for a highly skilled development team that could create the PoC as well as a first release for an MVP.
Solution
Together with one of the largest debt collection companies in the CEE region, we designed, developed and documented the web app (iFrame) for seamless B2B-focused debt collection.
Selected and built an experienced development team that was available on short notice and familiar with an agile way of working.
During development, product management and our nearshore team worked closely with internal development teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
Benefits
The accounts receivable collection application can be integrated with almost any accounting web application. The final product acts as an intermediary between two services and can quickly handle complex collection processes.
After creating extensive documentation, passing an external pen test and an internal quality assurance test, the app was successfully handed over to the customer for further development.
