As one of the leading mobile advertising companies, our client invests heavily in research, development, optimization and maintenance of their advertising and monetization platform. In addition, development is resource intensive in terms of cost, time, and technical capacity to compete. At the end of 2017, the shortage of developers became noticeable and additional Java development resources were needed.
Solution
Our client needed team expansion with experienced developers. ServiceFactum built 2 remote teams with senior Java developers who were fully integrated into the overall team at the client. The first team handled customer integration tasks. The second team was responsible for the development and maintenance of the mobile ad platform message broker. The approach was Scrum and the collaboration took place in the usual regular meetings (Refinement, Planning, Dailies and Reviews).
