A new, one-time task to implement an idea or intended change (system or process) is often done as a project. Examples are: Development of a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) or a pilot. All structurally similar undertakings are suitable for projects. Essential is the estimation of feasibility and effort.

When is a project appropriate?

A project is defined by clear objectives, time and financial constraints. The basis for a project is the project order. A project can be implemented on a time & material basis or as a contract for work and services, which includes an acceptance with warranty.

How are our projects defined?

Awarding a project to a nearshore/offshore provider increases internal flexibility and allows for consideration of new technologies. Due to the region, the external staff, and the commercial conditions there, cost savings of a relevant amount result.

What are the benefits of a project?

When does a team make sense?

A team consists of one or more IT specialists working for a customer. We distinguish between dedicated, integrated and self-organized teams. A dedicated team is assigned to only one customer. Integrated means that the resources extend an existing internal team. A self-organized team works independently and separately (e.g. a Scrum team).

A near-/offshore team creates additional capacities and thus increases the speed and flexibility of the own software development. In addition to the cost savings, the availability and scalability of IT specialists, who are often difficult to find in Germany, is a key factor.
